group in asset split.
The Söllingen part of the Strube Family will
lead all business operations of the leading seed producer in Söllingen and
Schlanstedt whereas the Ackermann part of the Strube Family will take on all
business operations in Irlbach. The completion of the complex transfer of all
assets, including but not limited to shares of companies in more than a dozen
countries, is expected for Q1/2010.
