m law group has advised the shareholders of FCT Electronic Group on the sale of its shares to Molex Inc..
FCT is specialized in designing and manufacturing custom mixed-layout connectors, modification of standard products and cable assemblies. The FCT operates its business through facilities in Germany, USA, Czechia, UK and Thailand.
Molex delivers complete interconnect solutions for a number of markets including: data communications, telecommunications, consumer electronics, industrial, automotive, commercial vehicle, aerospace and defense, medical and lighting.
Molex has acquired 100 % of the shares of FCT by the Share and Asset Purchase Agreement.
