Holtzbrinck gains majority stake in Myphotobook

Verlagsgruppe Georg von Holtzbrinck, Stuttgart/Germany,
gains via Holtzbrinck Networks majority stake in Myphotobook, Berlin/Germany.
The European Founders Fond of the Samwer
brothers, who became known as the founders of Jamba!, is also investor of the photo
service provider. A part of the shares remains in posession of the founders of
Myphotobook, thereunder Jan Christoph Gras as well as other shareholder.
Myphotobook offers a software to create
own, hard- or softcover photobooks in by now 15 countries. The Cartell Office
has yet to approve the acquisition (Simone Bocksrocker).

from WilmerHale (JUVE 02/07), regularly advises Holtzbrinck.
Noerr also adviced Myphotobook repeatedly: Pleister
and his team was already involved in the first financing round.
