m law group further expands

Munich´s m law group further expands. As of
November 1, 2007, Peter W. Kremer (44) joins from Sasse & Partner. Peter is
a highly reputed corporate and transaction specialist. He will join as partner
and also bring on his associate Axel A. Heltzel.

The partnership of m law group also
increases. With effectiveness January 1, 2008, Dr. Florian von Baum will be
promoted to full equity partnership. “Peter Kremer´s and Florian von Baum´s
joining of our partnership is seamless. No painful name discussions. Together
with our strong team we are fully dedicated to further built m law group as one
of the leading Munich law firms for technology, media and US companies”, says
m law group co-founder Rainer Kreifels.
The m law group was founded in January 2007 as a
spin-off of the Munich office of WilmerHale. m law group now has a total of 11
attorneys.
