in an acquisition of a stake in the amount of EUR 27m in einsurance Agency AG,
a Munich company providing comparisons of insurances over the internet. With
the strategic stake, Accel Partners wants to promote the expansion of
einsurance.

more than 25 years ago, has raised a series of 9 funds, with 3 billion
US-Dollars under management and helped build over 200 companies.
einsurance provides independent comparisons of insurances
and financial services as well as opportunities for direct contract conclusion
over the internet. The company, founded in 1999, by far is the no. 1 in selling
insurance and financial services over the internet in Germany.
