m law group advised long time client 12snap AG and its shareholders in another series of international transactions.

To ease the shareholder structure, in a first step majority owner Bernd M. Michael acquired further 10 % of 12snap AG’s share capital from NeoMedia Technologies Inc, Ft. Myers, Florida. With this transaction NeoMedia is no longer a shareholder in 12snap.

In a second step and upon client demand 12snap opened an office in Helsinki. From Helsinki 12snap will continue to service the Nokia loyalty program “My Nokia” and the Scandinavian market.

Due to the Finish market entry 12snap sold its strategic stake in Lokomobil AB, Stockholm, to the local management.

The parties agreed to keep the purchase price confidential.
